Saint Louis shot 38% from the field (25% from 3-pt range) and 75% (15-20) from the charity line. The Eagles were led by sophomore forward Corey Raji (22 pts, 7 rebounds) and freshman guard Reggie Jackson (10 pts). BC shot 33% from the field (19% from 3-pt range) and 58% (11-19) from the charity line. The Billikens had 43 rebounds (16O, 27D), 7 assists, 6 steals, 2 blocked shots, and 16 turnovers as compared with 32 rebounds (15O, 17D), 8 assists, 6 steals, 0 blocked shots, and 13 turnovers by the Eagles.

Billikens freshman forward Brian Conklin (14) shoots inside against Eagles freshman forward Evan Ravenel (24). Conklin scored 11 points to go with 9 rebounds and 3 turnovers. Senior guard Kevin Lisch caught fire late in the game to finish with 15 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 turnovers, and 2 steals. Billikens freshman center Willie Reed (33) scores over Eagles sophomore forward Corey Raji (11). Reed scored 8 points to go with 8 rebounds. Raji finished with a game-high 22 points and 7 rebounds..

BC freshman guard Reggie Jackson (0) scores over SLU freshman guard Kwamain Mitchell (3). Jackson finished with 10 points and 3 rebounds. Kwamain Mitchell (3) was assigned ball handling and defensive duties. Mitchell was able to hold Eagles leading scorer Tyrese Rice (4) (22 ppg) to 6 points, 3 assists, and 6 turnovers.
